Open Outlook Express and
click on the tools menu and select Accounts.

Select the Mail Tab in the
Accounts window and you should see the following.

Click Add and
select Mail.

Your Name
The setup Wizard will open.
Enter your Full Name (as you would
like it to appear) in the Display Name field.
Click Next

5 - Internet
E-mail Address
Check " I
already have an e-mail address that I'd
like to use." In the E-mail address field,
Enter your <username>@yourdomain.ca where <username> is
your login ID.
Click Next.

6 - E-mail Server Names
Enter the following in the
fields:
My incoming mail server is a POP3...
Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: mail.yourdomain.ca Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: Your personnal ISP's SMTP server
name Click Next

7 - Internet Mail Logon
Enter the following:
Account Name: <username>
Password: your password
Where <username> is your logon ID and password is your logon
password. note:iMail
users <username> is logonID@yourdomain.ca
Click Next.
Step
8 - Congratulations
Congratulations you now have
your account setup.
Click Finish.

9 - SMTP Authorization
Many ISPs will require
you to authenticate using your account
with them in order to send mail from
a different account.
Select the account you just set up in the Accounts Window. Click Properties Select "Servers" tab Click check box "My server requires authentication" under
Outgoing Mail Server. Click Settings

on using" radio button
Enter your ISP's email account name and password. Check "Remember Password" Click <OK>, <OK>

10 - Close window
Click Close on the
accounts window.
To
check for new mail click on the Send/Recv button.
To
create a new mail message click on the New Mail button.
NOTE:
If you wish to send mail through your ISP's server
using your new domain account as the sender and have other accounts
setup in Outlook Express you must select the account in the From: field. For Outlook users,
click on the Options... button and select
the account in the "Send message using" field
of the Options dialog box.
